Policies

Turnaround Time: Our current TAT is 3-5 business days + shipping (3-5 business days average) for items to arrive at your doorstep. Bulk orders may take an additional 5 business days to fulfill as each item is hand-created. Most times, we are able to fulfill orders quicker than the above turnaround time, but please refer to it as a guideline. If you need it by a certain day, please contact me prior to ordering at: info@hellobabyla.com so that I am aware and can work with you regarding your timeline. Hundreds of orders are received each month, so orders are processed in the order they are received. 

Shipping: Once shipped, hellobabyLA is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please notify us PRIOR to placing your order. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout. Typically, shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details. Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS. 

Shipping Changes: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to support@hellobabyla.com within 30 minutes of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)". We fulfill orders rapidly and cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it if we are not notified promptly post-purchase. 

Order Changes: Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. We cannot accept return on teether orders due to hygiene reasons, so please double check your order for color combo/spelling, etc prior to checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes can be made. 

Discounts + Store Credits: Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discounts.
